The report refers individuals who are shopping right before the midnight hour when their food stamp rations will be deposited electronically onto atm cards for the other month. Entire scenario sounds much similar to food rationing lines of decades past – only based within the high-tech, electronic system in the 21st century. Problem is, hunger in 2010 is aren’t as hunger in the 1900’s.
